Bill Collection (at your door step)

Following are the prerequisites for payment collection option by MBL/NTL representative.
Call/email:
Customer has to intimate billing department through call or email at billing@dsl.net.pk or billing@nayatel.com
Charges:
Rs. 50/- will be charged per visit, Customer has to pay on the spot for this VAS.
Time Frame:
Customer has to sent intimation two days prior to due date.
Billing information:
Customer is required to provide complete billing information e.g address, contact numbers( Landline and mobile) to get facilitated.
Timings:
Payment collection timings will be from 11 am to 5: 30 pm( Monday to Friday).
