First of all I would like to say thanks to all the team member of the MBL, especially to Irfan and all the Team member of Qasim Market Area Branch who provide me the connection ASAP. Then to Abdullah from sale department who guide me in right direction. Thank you so much for all the peoples.

Being a web developer I need DSL connection as my jobs start somebody told me about PTCL but when did not see single response from them in 4 months and when I see them personally they dishearten me so much, I am very much happy when I put mail to MBL and within a min I receive a call from Abdullah a sale tem member of MBL.

I have no relative in MBL and neither have I any personal interest at the time of posting this story. I only wish to encourage extreme professionalism in Pakistan, whose best example can be found in MBL.

MBL services have been close to ideal, right from the time of installation, activation, rectification of problems to billing. They seem to keep the concern of their clients at the highest priority and both their online and telephonic service centers are exceptional.

I am yet to find a problem in resolution of my problems by MBL, which are mostly minor and rarely major. Today I requested unlocking of my account due to confusion of locking date and requested that my volume balance should be added at the time of bill payment, which was promptly incorporated. This is amazing, especially coming from a Corporate entity. Hats off to MBL style of corporate working. Keep it up MBL. You will not loose this client ever if you continue with this kind of service.

I checked out every single ISP in my city before opting for micronet and i can safely say, Micronets broadband packages with respect to both speed and volume are the most attractive of any service providers.

I am also highly impressed by their hard-working customer/tech support staff which is incredibly efficient and helpful, calling back and checking up on any complaint you register till it is effectively solved.

Thanks for the E-mail you sent for the confirmation of my account. I am Adeel and I am MBL's old customer. I am using internet since long but cannot get a chance to have a good internet connection at my home and was fed up of dial up's and wireless.

Actually I am living in Muslim town attached with Gangal exchange. I have used your services before and I was quiet satisfied but the thing was, I can't afford DSL connection at that time. I got surprised and felt happy to see the MBL's package (ULTIMATE) while browsing your website some days back. I wasn't believing that MBL had offered ULTIMATE package to their customers and suddenly I picked my fone and called the customer support and asked him about this package. After confirming that package I had a sigh of relief and thought that my problem of internet is now solved. I can't control my excitment at that time and wanted to order my connection but I had to wait because of sunday then monday morning before going to office I came to MBL's sales office and re-opened my account.

This is quiet good that you have offered your customers a new package in which we can download data freely in night hours (8PM to 8AM). MBL is the only company which is serving in our area and hoping to see more promotions like ULTIMATE package.

I would like to commend the exceptional work being undertaken by the MBL staff regarding streamlining of the internet provision to its’ users. Recently I was having a problem with my DSL connection. Every time I connected to the internet though the modem, I received an irritating error message within half an hour. This resulted in both my DSL connection and the computer to get stuck and left me with no other option but to restart my computer. I consulted with a couple of my friends, but none were able to amend the problem. Totally disheartened and depressed I called up at the MBL helpline, hoping against hope someone might be able to help me out. I think it was a particular Mr. Shoaib I explained the dilemma I was going through. Apparently he did something with my registry editor and to my surprise the problem was resolved within 3 reboots.

The level of professionalism within MBL is laudable. I would highly recommend your DSL services to all internet users. I believe an organizations’ success is dependent upon the satisfaction of its’ clients. And MBL’s customer services are doing an exceptional job in that regard. I wish the whole team the very best of luck for the future.

Dear Sir:

Hope by the grace of God, you are fine and going well. First of all, I would like to introduce myself to you.  I am Atiq Ahmed, one of your DSL customer, residing in Westridge area and using MBL DSL services for about one year or so. There were times when I used to use dial-up connections and I indubitably remember those bad times. With the astonishing experience of DSL, it compelled me to write a few words on the great performance of MBL. I used to think that would there be any service in Pakistan providing such a services, I would get answer in no. But now I would say, I was wrong.

I still remember the day when I applied for DSL connection from MBL. One of your coworkers, Mr Raza arrived at my doorstep. He was not only an excellent professional, but had strong ethical values, which made me realize that the future of Pakistan is still bright.

After few days of installation, I had some technical problem and I was in hurry to complete my assignment on that particular day at any cost, I called MBL help center and they assured me to solve my problem in time. Again there are some genuine obstacles or some genuine delays to solve the problem, which I accept. I just thought to call Mr. Raza, but unfortunately he was not working in this area, but I was amazed having no approach to this area and his very tight work schedule, he solved my problem within no time. After that whenever I had such a problem, your technical support team and Mr. Raza helped me out beyond their limits.

At the end, I would again appreciate your great services and committed professionals.

Sir, this is just to inform you that our Router with new configurations and VPN device is properly installed. We are in a process of conducting users training for VPN client usage. We are thankful to Micronet DSL technical staff, who had provided me with a great assistance during the installation of both devices. Their coordination with Save Islamabad office, Quetta Office and with our local ISP was outstanding.

"........I am a relatively new resident in Pakistan (since August 03). I have been silently critical of the poor service quality of many firms since my arrival. Regrettably, I had begun to accept this as cultural phenomena but to avoid appearing arrogant, I have remained silent.

Then along came MicroNet. Your company has single handedly exposed the others as lazy, inept and lacking customer focused motivation. The service I have experienced over the past three weeks as a MicroNet customer has been first rate and world class.

You are to be congratulated on the selection and training of your personnel as well as establishing a corporate culture of true service and customer focus. Too often these are perceived as just words but my recent experience with MicroNet has convinced me that your company takes them seriously.

We have had two corporate connections over recent weeks and my personal observations have spanned a range of your staff from from Sales & Marketing, Accounts, Installation Technicians, Customer Support and Maintenance follow-up. (From this you will have gathered that all things have not been smooth with the product - but this letter is not about the product, its about the outstanding service. With the right customer service attitude, one will often overlook short-term product 'teething' problems).

I have yet to meet a MicroNet employee that has not been a credit to your organization. Without exception, they have accepted the customer's problem as their own problem - and conscientiously worked to find a solution. I have been a CEO of several large companies from the service sector and I would have been proud to have offered staff and service to the caliber of those with whom I have dealt within MicroNet...."
