Other Payment Options

MBL provides following payment options for both prepaid and postpaid customers.

1- Payment via TCS Envelop

Postpaid customers

Billing Department with monthly billing invoices also sends TCS envelops to the postpaid customers. Customers can pay monthly bill by sending cross cheque in favour of Micronet Broadband Pvt. Ltd. via TCS envelop (MBL obtained), which mentions MBL address. Leave envelop at drop box available at your nearest TCS service center. You can also call your nearest TCS center to collect envelop from your home/office. After recieving payment and proper credit of your account, Billing Department willd eliver payment receipt to the customers.

Prepaid customers

Prepaid customer can also avail TCS facility to make monthly paytment. TCS envelops (with MBL business address) can be onbtained from MBL Corporate Office (Blue Area, ISlamabad) and field office (Westridge, Rawalpindi).

Instructions for making payment via TCS envelop

- Call TCS Express center at UAN: (051) 111 210 210
- Give your address for the the collection of your envelop
- Get a pick up Reference No, for follow up, incase of any problem
- Envelop will be collected by TCS representative at his scheduled time
- Only cross cheque, pay orders and demand drafts are accepted by this option
- Payment must be in favour of Micronet Broadband (Pvt.) Ltd.
- Please do write your user ID/invoice number on back of the cross cheque, pay order or demand draft for proper credit of your account

2- MBL Billing Centers

Both prepaid & postpaid customer can also makes thier payments by visiting MBL corporate Offices (Blue Area, Islamabad) and Rawalpindi Office (Westridge, Rawalpindi). Modes of payment accepted at ML's Billing Centers include cash, cheque, and credit cards.
